With every biomarker and insight result, Spren API will return a quality score to indicate the overall quality of the data signal received by the API. The score will be returned in the result object from the **Biomarker and Insight results **`GET` endpoint and will be returned as a status object, like all the other insights and biomarkers. Here's a table showing the definitions and contexts for each signal quality class.

| **signalQuality** | **Definition** | **Context**                                                                                                                                                                    |
| ----------------- | -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `1`               | Poor           | A poor signal quality indicates a substantial number of artifacts were detected and the measurement data is sub-optimal for providing reliable biomarker and insights results. |
| `2`               | Okay           | An okay signal quality indicates an acceptable number of artifacts were detected and the measurement data can provide reliable biomarker and insights results.                 |
| `3`               | Good           | A good signal quality indicates minimal artifacts were detected and the measurement data is ideal for providing reliable biomarker and insights results.                       |
